Q420qC structural steel plate supply

Q420qC material is a structural steel plate for bridges. Q420qC plate are produced according to the Chinese standard GB/T714.

Q420qC steel grade analysis:
Q represents the first letter of the Chinese Pinyin of "qu" which represents the yield strength of steel for bridges;
420 represents the yield strength value in MPa;
q represents the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the word "bridge" for bridge steel;
C represents the C level of the quality level.

When the Q420qC steel plate is required to have weather resistance or thickness direction performance, the Chinese pinyin letter "NH" representing weather resistance or the symbols Q420qC-Z15 and Q420qC-Z25 in the thickness direction (Z direction) performance level shall be added after the above-mentioned grades respectively. Q420qC-Z35.

Q420qC steel manufacturing

Q420qC steel plate is smelted by converter or electric furnace, and should be refined outside the furnace.

Q420qC steel plate size, shape, weight and allowable deviation
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of structural steel plates for bridges should meet the standards of GB/T 709.
